1. Research use only
Every product sold by Pacific Peptide Sciences is supplied solely for laboratory and reference standard research. Products are not for human consumption, injection, ingestion, therapeutic, cosmetic, or veterinary use. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and qualified to handle research chemicals in your jurisdiction.
2. No medical advice
Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice or a recommendation to use any compound on a human or animal. Any subject running a protocol on themselves should be working with a qualified medical provider.
3. Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed only after payment is verified on our end. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in which case we refund in full.
4. Shipping and risk
Title and risk pass at handover to the carrier. We use protective packaging suited to your destination. If a vial arrives damaged, message us within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Quality standard
If a vial fails to perform as expected, message us with your order reference for individual review.
6. Compliance
You are responsible for compliance with import, customs, and research-chemical regulations in your jurisdiction. We do not advise on local laws.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the price paid for that product. We are not liable for misuse, off-label use, or any consequential damages.
8. Governing law
Disputes related to these terms are handled by the applicable courts of competent jurisdiction.
9. Currency conversion
All prices are displayed in USD. The VND equivalent shown at checkout is calculated at a fixed rate of 1 USD = 27,000 VND. This rate does not fluctuate with market exchange rates.
