Name, shipping address, email, WhatsApp/phone number, and order history. Payment is processed by our bank and crypto processors — we never see or store wallet seeds.

Order data is held on encrypted servers. Shipping records are retained for 24 months. WhatsApp conversations are retained only for the duration of active support.

You can request deletion of your records by emailing the address in our contact page. Outstanding-order records may be retained for compliance.

This site uses cookies and similar technologies. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve performance, the product experience, and the effectiveness of our marketing.
