Discreet international shipping, explained

Most of the questions we receive about international shipping are really one question phrased four different ways: will my order arrive, intact, without drawing attention. This post answers that question plainly.

Discreet shipping in our context means three things. The outer packaging carries no logos, no product names, and no identifying language about the contents. The customs declaration is accurate and uses neutral category language. And the inner packaging is sealed in tamper-evident foil so any interference is visible the moment you open the box.

We do not falsify customs paperwork. The reason discreet shipments arrive reliably is not because the paperwork is misleading — it is because the paperwork is accurate, the contents are correctly categorized as research materials, and the outer packaging gives no one a reason to pull the box for closer inspection.

Every shipment is tracked end-to-end. There is usually a silent window of three to seven days where the package moves between carrier handoffs and the tracking page does not update. This is normal and is not a sign that anything has gone wrong. If the window stretches beyond ten days, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier.

Lyophilized peptides are far more heat-tolerant in transit than reconstituted peptides in your freezer. A sealed vial of dry powder can sit at thirty degrees for a week without measurable degradation for most sequences. The molecules that actually need cold-chain are the ones we ship with insulated packaging by default. If your shipment includes one of those, the packaging will say so.

Inspect the outer packaging for damage before opening. Photograph anything that looks tampered with. Open the inner foil only when you are ready to store the contents, and move lyophilized vials into a freezer within an hour of opening. Save the lot number on the label — that is the key to looking up the certificate of analysis on your account page.
